Potty Training
Most kids show interest between 2 and 3 years old. Girls are often trained by 33 months, boys by 37 months, said research from The Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. This can be a good benchmark; however you really need to take your cues from your toddler.

Signs your toddler is ready:
*He is curious when you use the bathroom.
*He tells you when he has soiled his diaper and is uncomfortable.
*He is dry when he wakes up from sleeping.

When to train:
*During a calm period in your toddler’s life. Don’t train during transitional times: new sibling, move from crib to bed, weaning from bottle or breast, 1st day of school etc.
*Do train during the summer months if possible. Less clothing to remove and your toddler can walk around naked (at home!).
